Seed and Nut Patties

For the next three weeks I am attempting to nourish myself, while doing a twice daily series of workouts, nourishing myself NOT eating meats of any sort.  Nor grains, nor anything processed.

I threw together, soaked and cooked urad dahl ( black lentils), soaked walnuts, soaked hemp seeds, pepitas and sunflower seeds as well as a couple of chilis, a tablespoon of cumin and coriander, a chopped onion and two cloves of garlic, a teaspoon of Himalayan rock salt, two stems of parsley, and coriander, a squeeze of lime.  I processed his until it was still textured but largely combined.  I added in 1 cup of sliced mushrooms.

This sat in the fridge for  an hour and then I dry seared it in a heavy based pan.
