QUARTER TSP GROUND ALLSPICE
3 LARGE ORANGES
2 RED RUBY GRAPEFRUIT
6 CLEMENTINES ( OR MANDARINS)

  5. Halve pomegranates.  Separate the seeds, discarding the skin and the white pith.
  6. Mix all the fruit in a large serving bowl.
  7. Strain the syrup over the fruit, discarding the bits.
  8. Place the whole star anise on top and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight so the flavour can develop.
  9. Serve sprinkled with lime zest.
