- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Place the peeled bananas, coconut milk, shredded coconut, and cinnamon in your high speed blender. Blend on high for a full minute or until smooth.
- Fill each ice block mold. Freeze until solid.
