Gluten Free Pie Crust

  • 1.5 c almond meal/flour
  • .25 tsp sea salt or himalayan rock salt
  • 3 tbs coconut oil
  • .5 tsp organic vanilla essense

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350f/180c.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add coconut oil and vanilla an stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Press into a 9″ pie plate and bake 9-12 minutes ( until browns lightly).
  • Cool completely before filling.
